Once the alarm takes place, the alarm message can be delivered to user’s telephones and mobile phones that are preset via communication network. Simultaneously, it can deliver to the monitoring center so that the center can monitor the locale and take prompt and effective measures according to the e-map, data (including the location, address, and phone), recorded alarm message.
